Prateek Srivastava is a passionate social change advocate with over 15 years of experience in child welfare, social protection, and community development. As the founder of Social Empowerment and Research Organization (SERO), Prateek has dedicated his career to empowering marginalized children and advocating for child rights, with a special focus on combating child labor and enhancing access to education, healthcare, and social security.
Prateek has developed his expertise through hands-on involvement in grassroots programs, research, partnerships, and consulting. His deep understanding of field-level challenges, combined with strategic management knowledge, has enabled him to lead multiple initiatives aimed at transforming vulnerable communities. With a background in managing large-scale projects funded by organizations such as UNICEF, ILO, and various government bodies, Prateek’s work has impacted the lives of thousands of children and families across Uttar Pradesh.
Prateek has done Master in Social Work (MSW) from Shri Krishna University, Chhatarpur, M.P., He is pursuing L.L.B.
