Shail Shukla is working in Women Welfare Department, Kanpur. She has 5 years of experience working in the field of women and child welfare. Prior to this, she has served in a reputed media house in Delhi. During her service, she became more inclined towards the social sector, so she ended her service with the media house and started working for the welfare of women and children. During this time, she joined the Women Welfare Department and started serving. During her service in the department in the last 5 years, she ensured the solution of problems related to thousands of women and girls and benefited them from departmental schemes.
Not only this, the Directorate of Women and Child Development started Mission Shakti Abhiyan in Kanpur district, under this scheme, she went to various schools, colleges and slums and identified the needy women and girls there and ensured their help at the government and administration level.
After doing her post graduation in Mass Communication, Shail Shukla also completed her Master in Social Work while working in the field of social work.
